Absolutely! We encourage all potential patients to call our office at (480)269-2525 and have a 5 minute talk with the provider directly. If you feel we can help you meet your goals, we can schedule an appointment during this call, otherwise we are happy to refer you to someone else who may be closer to what you are looking for. We prioritize quality and believe a strong patient-provider relationship directly improves the chances of you meeting your goals.   

All appointments are 100% online, so anyone living in Arizona is eligible to request an appointment and receive services from the comfort of their home. All documents, medication prescriptions, lab requests, etc. are sent and received securely online. Although you are free to call us from wherever you have reception and feel most comfortable, we encourage our patients to find a nice quiet spot free from distractions.

For patients WITHOUT insurance, our private pay price $100 per 30 minute appointment, with the exception of the first appointment (intake), which is $200 for a 60 minute appointment. Having this initial 60 minute intake allows time to collect all relevant medical and mental health information such as allergies and medication history, while still allowing enough time for a productive first encounter in which all questions and concerns can be addressed and treatment options discussed in detail.
